Emotionally Focused
A way to invest in our spiritual and emotional health
Emotionally Focused is about transformation—in our lives, our walk with God, and our relationship with others.
We believe God loves us deeply and created us for intimate connection with Him, and each other. However, at some point, our experiences can create a narrative about how dangerous the world is or how hurtful people can be. Emotionally Focused offers a way back to a more truthful view of ourselves the way God sees us. This can help us to reconnect with the way of life Jesus offers and demonstrates, full of joy, purpose, integrity, authenticity and obedience to him.
Emotionally Focused is a reflective and coached process. Each participant looks at their spiritual practices and relationships from the inside out, bringing them into alignment with abundant life found in Jesus.

How to join in
Every participant starts with the Emotionally Focused: Foundation Intensive, often run over two days. It’s an introduction to the Emotionally Focused outlook and process, and a chance to start recognising obstacles in life which may be disrupting our relationships and hindering our personal growth.
For people who have done this course, the next step is the Emotionally Focused: Formation, usually run over 24 weeks. This builds on the foundation with conversations and guided experiences aimed at growing our understanding of how we were formed, what we are dealing with now, and who we are becoming. It’s about more than ideas - there are lots of empowering practical experiences which can lead towards life transformation.
The next available Formation course will be linked here and sent to Foundation Intensive participants when available.
For people who have completed the Formation process, there are more courses which deepen the Emotionally Focused experience, normally taken over two or three years.
Emotionally Focused: Family
