To join a team, use the form at the bottom of the page. Simply fill in your details and specify which team you want to join, or get in touch with the relevant contact for the area you’re interested in.

Community services

Soup Run

Responsible for preparing and serving food (sandwiches and soup) and drink to the homeless and those in need. Commitment - minimum once a month, Saturday or Sunday evenings, 8.30pm til 10pm.

CAP Life Skills Course

Coaching people through a 6 week course valuable life skills including cooking on a budget, making your money go further and budgeting tips.

CAP Debt Centre

The CAP Debt Centre works alongside people to help them out of debt, by coming alongside them and working through their financial worries. Befrienders are key to supporting them on their journey to debt freedom.

Kids, Youth & Students

Vineyard Kids

Making church happen for kids aged 0 to the end of year 9. Loads of crazy fun to be had! Commitment - minimum once a month, Sunday mornings.  Will require a DBS check to be completed.

Making church happen for teenagers from year 10 onwards. Lots of activities to excite teenagers and promote friendship and belonging. Commitment - minimum once a month, Sunday evening or morning.  Will require a DBS check to be completed.

Sunday Operations

Host Team

Responsible for making people feel welcome on Sunday morning, creating a friendly and safe atmosphere and connecting people into the family of Severn Vineyard.

Musicians

Providing music for times of worship in Vineyard Kids, Prayer Gatherings, at Small Group Gatherings and Sunday Gatherings. Auditions will sometimes be required as well as a commitment to monthly practices. Range of instruments and styles welcome!

Production

Responsible for sound, vision and lighting requirements at the Sunday Gatherings.  Commitment - minimum once a month, 8.30am til 1.15pm. Experience preferable, but training will be provided.

Refreshments

If you like drinking coffee and chatting to people then join our team. We display a delicious spread of fresh pastries, brew great coffee and provide tea and juices on Sunday morning. Commitment - once a month on Sundays, 09.00am til 12:15pm.
