IGNITE: A CALL TO PRAY

Join us as we pray through the month of May, for the Church, our communities, our nation and the world in which we live.

Ignite is an invitation to kneel before our heavenly Father and allow Him to ignite our hearts afresh with a passion for Him, His Kingdom and His world.  

It’s an opportunity to partner with Jesus, standing on the authority He has given us, equipped with the power of prayer, to see our communities, nation and world transformed.  

It’s a time to wait on, listen to, and cooperate with His Holy Spirit, to allow the flame alight in us to spread to others like a raging fire, more contagious than any virus, more unstoppable than any wildfire.  

Bristol Vineyard, Cardiff Vineyard, Gloucester Vineyard, Severn Vineyard and Wells Vineyard have joined together for Ignite: A call to pray and together, we will be praying between 6am and 12 midnight every day, for 4 weeks, from Monday 4th to Sunday 31st May. If you are joining us from another church, then you are so welcome - drop us an email (hello@severnvineyard.org) to let us know!  

Click here to sign up for an hour’s prayer slot - you may like to sign up for the same hour each week, you may like to sign up for multiple hours in one week or just an ad hoc slot that fits with you - anything is great, we just love that prayer is happening!
You could sign up as an individual, a family or household, your community group or just host an online prayer party with some of those that you do life with.  As this is a virtual prayer room - don’t worry if someone has already booked the slot you want, doubling up is fine!  

Each week we will produce a prayer guide with suggestions and pointers for that week to help facilitate your time with God which will be available on this web page. We’d love to hear stories of where you see God at work and anything you sense God may be specifically saying to us - and we’ll share some of these (with your permission) on this webpage, so we can all be encouraged!  Please email these to hello@severnvineyard.org.

As we come to the end of our month of prayer, join us for an hour of being renewed and refreshed in God’s presence, through worship, prayer and reflective exercises on Pentecost Sunday 31st May, 8pm live on our FaceBook page - Ignite: The Gathering.
